Local pick up
Local pick up is completely free which allows you to buy online and collect your items from our office in Jakarta. Orders placed before 17:00 PM will be ready to collect from noon the following day (including Saturday). Please ensure you check our opening times before coming to collect.

To pick up your order, you will need to show both:
1. Your order confirmation email
2. Personal ID (e.g. driving license or ID card)
If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they will need to show your order confirmation email and the ID in your name as a purchaser.

Shipping
Worry not as we support domestic shipping nationwide. Your items are made to order and shipped by the selectedlogistics courier from Jakarta. We are sorry to say that international shipping is currently unavailable.
